Does "lowest skill' mean one you have a rank in or one you have no ranks in?
Can bookworm be used to set you lowest skill equal to your intellect before you roll if it would then no longer be your lowest skill?

You may use Bookworm during the "I Have No Idea What I'm Doing" but that will use up your chance to use a Story Point for other purposes during that portion of the event.

Anything that fits as a possibility for a middle will work.

Are there any uses for the boost/skill upgrade points after this event? Aka is there any reason to hold any back?

In midterms, are the Best, middle worst requirements referring to pure ranks or normal dice pool?

In Gigglewater midterm, Threat and Despair results are not mentioned. Does that mean that there is no result for them, or is that a mistake?

No results for them; this is something you're good at and have no real risk of screwing up.

Don't hold back; there's no use to it except for the sense of accomplishment (which, conveniently, can also be had by putting $10 in my PayPal account - if EA does it, why can't I?).
