Mischa listened to the announcement calmly. Weird-ass girl, but a win is a win.

"Lake party? Perhaps we can set up a scavenger hunt . . . for pairs. We select the pairs of course . . . "

"I assume you mean 'randomly drawn'." She smirked. "Not sure what the hunt should be for...but we still have some time, so I would like to ask for your help in organizing everything. If you have the spare time of course."

Mischa nodded and smirked at the 'randomly drawn' comment.

"Sure, maybe we'll have some more 'random' pairs to make by then as well."

"Yeah, who knows...anyone you want to randomly choose for yourself?" She asked in curiosity, as she was finishing up her butterbeer.

He gave her the 'did you really just say that?' look.

"Grace dear, you're going to have to work harder than that to get to those secrets . . . "

Grace chuckled. "Well, one can hope you can get rusty over the summer. No problem then..it seems I just have to hope you get a lucky draw." She pointed at Mischa at the word you, mischief sparkling in her eye.

"Please, I had my cousins to practice on. I got better, not rusty. As for the draw . . . I'm sure I'll exactly who I want."

"Yes, yes I'm sure...." she eyed the people in the group as the people were lounging around and having fun. "How's Wampus this year? Think you have a shot at the cup?"

"We always have a shot at that. How about the Quidditch teams though? Can The Sneks drag themselves away from the books for a broom flight or two this year?"

He grinned as he deflected and returned the questions back to Grace.

"Always is a strong word. I do recall legend of...two years ago? How did it go? The kitty cats ended up with..13 points in the end?" She wasn't here yet that year, but the gossip about it was never ending.

"Maybe...or maybe we finally have some enlightened teachers who believe in the importance of book learning, and reward it appropriately."

Mischa grimaced.

"That wasn't fair. We got deducted for the brawl the Pukwudgie's started at the Quidditch game."

An infamous brawl . . . with still no proof of who actually started it.

"Sporting considerations are just as important as your stuffy books. We need new talent so that America does better in the next Quidditch World Cup. Can't let the Irish keep on winning every time."

"Oh yes, and let's not forget the Quadpot Worlds Series..." she rolled her eyes. Only North America would call a regional sport tournament Worlds series...

"Well, I am not aware of any up and coming Quidditch stars in my year and House, we're left with winning through superior education and merit." She leaned in and whispered into his ear. "And better parties."
