New Talents

Animagus (Tier 2)
Tier: 2
When this talent is purchased, the character is assigned an animal form. The character has no say in the form as it comes as an expression of their inner self. At any point, the character may change to or from their animal form as an action. While in their animal form, their Brawn and Agility are replaced by the animal's characteristics; the character's other characteristics stay as is.

Most animal traits can be found here. While in animal form, you gain any attacks they have listed. If your animal has a skill listed, you get an upgrade to your ability dice when rolling that skill in animal form. If your animal form is not listed, we'll discuss stats and abilities.

Metamorphagus (Tier 5)
Tier: 5

Non-Verbal Magic (Tier 3)
Tier: 3
Activation: Action (Maneuver)
Ranked: No
When casting a spell, you may elect to cast it non-verbally by using your maneuver for the turn. If you do so, increase the Difficulty Level of the spell by two. If there is no Difficulty Level, consider the spell to have a Hard Difficulty Level instead. If this would increase the Difficulty above Formidable, the spell become Impossible and cannot be cast unless you spend a Story Point.

Non-Verbal Magic (Improved) (Tier 4)
Tier: 4
Activation: Action (Maneuver)
Ranked: No
Requires the purchase of Non-Verbal Magic first.
When casting a spell, you may elect to cast it non-verbally by using your maneuver for the turn. If you do so, increase the Difficulty Level of the spell by one. If there is no Difficulty Level, consider the spell to have an Average Difficulty Level instead. If this would increase the Difficulty above Formidable, the spell become Impossible and cannot be cast unless you spend a Story Point.

Parselmouth (Tier 1)
Tier: 1
The character is able to speak with and understand all kinds of snakes and reptiles. This is generally considered a negative trait by the Wizarding community.

Wandless Magic (Tier 2)
Tier: 2
Activation: Passive
Ranked: No
When casting a spell without your wand, you reduce the number of difficulty dice you upgrade to two.

Wandless Magic (Improved) (Tier 3)
Tier: 3
Activation: Passive
Ranked: No
Requires the purchase of Wandless Magic first.
When casting a spell without your wand, you no longer upgrade any difficulty dice for casting without a wand.
