Haven't you heard the old saying: "Hey, nobody's prefect?"
They are; we're still doing some last minute determinations on how they're determined at Ilvermorny as they like... totally slipped our minds during the planning process.
You'll get them after Day One.
House Point Accumulation, for sure. I do like the idea of that too.Fitz Crowinshield wrote: ↑Thu Nov 07, 2019 12:12 amIs there going to be something like a class ranking, and academic rankings per house?
Does this mean upgrade one difficulty die, to add 1 red to the 3 purple ones?On a failure, add a challenge dice to your rolls for the remainder of the event
Go with survival. Hard difficulty, but I'll allow each of the PCs to add on a boost dice for assistance.Sylvain Leloup wrote: ↑Tue Nov 12, 2019 8:24 amWe are building a sweat lodge!

What do we roll?
So even though ingame it's 55 days, we don't heal any strain or health in that time unless stated in a pf thread?Rahvin wrote: ↑Thu Nov 14, 2019 6:45 amWe're treating each "out of character" day - such as Day One or Day Two - as a single day for the purposes of recovering health and strain.Layla Smith wrote: ↑Thu Nov 14, 2019 6:41 amAs each 'day' is over multiple ingame days, how does health/strain recover?
There may be some effects where wounds and strain cannot be recovered as normal; these will be noted in personal forums.
You can attempt the normal "end of encounter" strain recovery of a Simple Discipline or Cool check and have medical care attempted during that time. Otherwise, yes - strain and wounds will continue to build up until the end of it.Layla Smith wrote: ↑Thu Nov 14, 2019 6:54 amSo even though ingame it's 55 days, we don't heal any strain or health in that time unless stated in a pf thread?
Is there a post to say what this is? I'm being blind I think, but I can't see anything other than in the wandless magic merit which refers to different dice, nor does it say what the proper wandless magic penalty is.Roll a Charms check with the proper Wandless Magic penalties at a base easy difficulty. Any talents that would help in this may apply to reduce the penalties
There should be more on this later, since we're having a back and forth on something, but since you don't have that merit, it would hardly matter.Layla Smith wrote: ↑Thu Nov 14, 2019 7:10 amFor Flessy:

So the average one (the second option) would be 2 red 3 purple?Flession wrote: ↑Thu Nov 14, 2019 7:32 pmThere should be more on this later, since we're having a back and forth on something, but since you don't have that merit, it would hardly matter.Layla Smith wrote: ↑Thu Nov 14, 2019 7:10 amFor Flessy:

It's a daunting check as a core roll. Then you have the difficulty of the spell itself, which is easy (assuming you go that route). Upgrade the dice by the difficulty of the spell. In the instance of the first choice, a easy spell, you upgrade one dice, so it's 1 challenge die, and three difficulty die (or 1 red, 3 purple).
